The day was divided into several parts: first, a session dedicated to the latest Digital Trends, in which participants were able to learn more about the innovations that are transforming CRM. This talk provided an up-to-date overview of the changes taking place and allowed participants to understand how the technology landscape is evolving to meet the needs of an increasingly digital market.
One of the most appreciated moments was the account of the direct experience of two companies that have worked with Soluta in CRM integration. These case studies illustrated the challenges faced, the solutions implemented, and the results achieved, offering a concrete example of how CRM can improve customer management and optimize business processes. These testimonials highlighted how the CRM integration journey is a dynamic and customizable process that goes beyond simple technology implementation.
